CRADLE is a plant-based Café and Bakery at  Street,40 North Street, Sudbury, Suffolk. Our full company name is CRADLE Foods CIC. CIC stands for Community Interest Company. We’re a social enterprise, proud to be putting our profits into community gardens, food waste solutions and projects that help bring us all closer to the food we eat.

“Our MISSION is to produce nutritious and delicious foods from scratch, only using plants grown from ethical growers whose methods encourage healthy soils and bio-diversity. Working with our community, we’ll work to create and implement a more conscious local food system,to encourage positive food choices and reduce waste.”

At CRADLE we dish-up delicious pastries using our home-made butters, the best organic coffee roasted by our friends at Beanberry, sourdough breads from our ‘in-house’ milled organic flours from grains grown right here in East Anglia, and delicious breakfasts and lunches and desserts made from scratch. And to top this, we only ever use plants; because we love animals and we love the planet we share them with.
